The buffet meal on deck is one of the most anticipated moments of the trip. Our chefs serve delicious fresh seafood such as tiger prawns steamed in coconut water, Nha Trang grilled squid with green chilli salt, lemongrass-steamed clams and grilled oysters with scallion oil, alongside fresh salads and light, sweet desserts.
